With a background in dental and medical, Rachel feels a strong connection to assisting people's needs and well-being. As one of our administrators, with a focus on billing, Rachel’s job is to organize our client's information and finances in a way that works with their lifestyles. Her favorite part of working at AAHAA is the comfortable and tight-knit environment we’ve built among employees. Additionally, with a familial background tied to addiction, she understands the unique situations addicts can find themselves in. Therefore, she exercises AAHAA’s two leading principles daily in her work: compassion and accountability.
