I hope this quick check-in finds you all well. I have a silly question for you… have you ever heard of all the terms that center around the word "self"? Here are just a few: self-worth, self-esteem, self-care, self-serving, self-preservation, self-examination, self-motivation, self-fulfillment, self-sabotage, self-seeking, and self-control.

You get the idea. How many of these "self" words resonate with you? How many challenges and/or opportunities do you have? If you broke down five of the "self" words, how would you rate yourself? Using this grading method, 1 being poor and 5 being amazing, how do you rate yourself? Do you have an opportunity regarding "yourself"?

S - Sharing reinforces we are not alone

E - Exhale. “Take 1 breath at a time”

L - Let Go of unrealistic expectations & sometimes it’s ok to lower the bar

F - Friends/Family. Connection to those we love is essential to our own well-being
